Example Definitions of "Permitted Changes"
Permitted Changes. Changes to the Final Plans or Improvements, provided the cost of any single change or extra does not exceed $100,000.00 and the aggregate amount of all such changes and extras (whether positive or negative) does not exceed $250,000.00.
Permitted Changes. Means amendments, modifications and waivers that are either (a) not material and adverse to the Lenders or (b) agreed to by the First Amendment Arrangers (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed).
