Permitted Dispositions. Permitted Dispositions. Means (i) transfers in the ordinary course of business, including, without limitation, sales of inventory and products made for sale, fixtures, furniture, and transfers of worn out, obsolete or surplus equipment; and (ii) any and all licenses of Intellectual Property from the Grantor to third parties.
