Permitted Exceptions

Permitted Exceptions. Means (a) the lien of current real property taxes not then due and payable, (b) leases to tenants, copies of which have been provided to Lender, and (c) easements and restrictions and other matters that are described in the title insurance commitment for the Real Estate (Mount Vernon) or the Real Estate (West Lafayette), as applicable, as exceptions which are acceptable to Lender in its sole discretion.

Permitted Exceptions. Means those items approved in writing by Purchaser, at its sole discretion, following its review of the Commitment or as otherwise described in Paragraph 4b herein.

Permitted Exceptions. Permitted Exceptions. Means those recorded easements, restrictions, liens and encumbrances set forth as exceptions in the title insurance policies issued by Title Company to Lender and approved by Lender in its sole discretion in connection with the closing of the Loan.
