Example Definitions of "Permitted Free Writing Prospectus"
Permitted Free Writing Prospectus. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section ‎4(g).
Permitted Free Writing Prospectus. Any such free writing prospectus consented to or deemed to have been consented to as aforesaid is hereinafter referred to as a "Permitted Free Writing Prospectus."
Permitted Free Writing Prospectus. Means a free writing prospectus authorized for use by the Company in connection with any offering of Registrable Securities that has been filed with the SEC in accordance with Rule 433 under the Act.
Permitted Free Writing Prospectus. Shall mean the documents listed on Schedule III attached hereto, each road show (as defined in Rule 433(h)(4) under the Act), if any, related to the Offering contemplated hereby that is a written communication (as defined in Rule 405 under the Act) (each such road show, a Road Show) and any other free writing prospectus (as defined in Rule 405 under the Act) to which the Underwriters and the Partnership provide their prior consent.
