Permitted Holders

Permitted Holders. Means, collectively, Lowell W. Paxson, his spouse, his children or other lineal descendants (whether adoptive or biological), and any revocable or irrevocable inter vivos or testamentary trust or the probate estate of any such individual, so long as one or more of the foregoing individuals is the principal beneficiary of such ... trust or probate estate. Permitted Holders. Means Oaktree Capital Management, LLC, OCM GW Holdings, LLC, and the Related Parties.

Permitted Holders. Means MCLEODUSA, Jere W. Thompson, Sr., Jere W. Thompson, Jr., Mark Langdale, Timothy W. Rogers, Scott L. Roberts, Timothy M. Terrell and Ignatius W. Leonards and any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture or other entity controlled by any one or more of them.

Permitted Holders. Each of MacKay Shields LLC, Citicorp Mezzanine III, L.P., Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Exis Differential Holdings, Ltd. and Trust Company of the West, together with the Affiliates of each of such Persons.

Permitted Holders. Means (i) Central Maine Power Company, a Maine corporation, and its Affiliates and (ii) Northeast Utilities, a Massachusetts business trust, and its Affiliates.

Permitted Holders. Shall mean, collectively, the persons listed on Exhibit A hereto and their respective successors and assigns; each sometimes being referred to individually as a "Permitted Holder".
