PERMITTED JOINT VENTURE
PERMITTED JOINT VENTURE. Means any joint venture entered into by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with one or more third parties during the 2001 Fiscal Year (i) to which the Borrower or its Subsidiaries shall have contributed certain International Assets and (ii) of which the Borrower shall own at least 33% (but not more than 50%) of the outstanding Capital Stock.
