Permitted Loan or Advance. (a) the loans or advances by Borrower to its shareholders or employees, or to Gary Bowen which are in existence as of August 1, 2019 and are described on Schedule B attached hereto and (b) any loans or advances made to employees in the ordinary course of Borrower's business in an aggregate amount not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000).
