Permitted Lodovic Holder. Means (i) each of Shareholder and his spouse, ancestors, siblings, descendants (including children or grandchildren by adoption) and the descendants of any of their siblings; (ii) in the event of the incompetence or death of any of the Persons described in clause (i), such Person's estate, executor, administrator, committee or other personal representative, in each case who at any particular date shall beneficially own or have the right to acquire, directly or indirectly, the relevant Common... Stock; (iii) any trust created for the benefit of the Persons described in clause (i) or (ii) or any trust for the benefit of any such trust; or (iv) any Person controlled by any of the Persons described in clause (i), (ii) or (iii).
