Permitted Modifications
Permitted Modifications. Means (i) without limitation, any adaptations, modifications, improvements, enhancements, revisions, translations, partial copies or interface elements created by any person, including any of the Parties, from the Software (whether such modifications are in Object Code, Source Code or documentation), in any form or medium whatsoever; and (ii) any "derivative work" of the Software as defined in the Copyright Law of the United States of America, 17 U.S.C. §101 et seq.
Permitted Modifications.
