Permitted Note Redemption
Permitted Note Redemption. The meaning set forth in Amendment No. 3 in an aggregate amount (excluding expenses) of $3,833,755.75 shall be deemed not to reduce such Permitted Transaction Amount for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2016.
