Permitted Owner

Permitted Owner. Means, in respect of a Group, (i) an Investor who is a member of the Group, for as long as the Investor continues to be the beneficial owner of Shares, and (ii) each Permitted Transferee of an Investor who is a member of the Group, for as long as the Permitted Transferee continues to be the beneficial owner of Shares.
