Permitted Purchases. Shall mean purchases of Common Stock by the Investor, subject to compliance with Section 3.1 to the extent necessary to maintain its status as the largest shareholder of the Company by no less than one percent (1%) of the issued and outstanding capital stock of the Company, provided that in no event shall the Investor's ownership exceed the Cap.
Permitted Purchases.
