Permitted Recipients. Collectively, Lender, its respective successors and assigns, the authorized employees, agents and representatives, lenders, purchasers, transferees, assignees, servicers, participants, investors, analysts, attorneys and advisors of Lender and their respective successors and assigns, and Governmental Authorities with regulatory authority over Lender and selected rating agencies with a need to know.
