Permitted Redemption
Permitted Redemption. Shall mean a redemption by the Corporation of the Series D Preferred Stock or the Series I Preferred Stock as set forth herein or otherwise agreed to by the holders of a majority of the outstanding Series E Preferred Stock and the Series F Preferred Stock (voting together as a single class).
