Example Definitions of "Permitted Transferee"
Permitted Transferee. Means with respect the Warrantholder: (A) any Affiliate of the Warrantholder and (B) with respect to any Warrantholder that is an investment fund or a vehicle of an investment fund (or investment funds), any other investment fund or vehicle of which such Warrantholder or an Affiliate thereof serves as the general partner or discretionary manager or advisor (so long as such investment fund or vehicle was not established for the purpose of acquiring Series A Convertible Preferred Stock or...
