Means, collectively, Perry European Fund, L.P., Perry European Fund, Ltd., Perry Partners International, Inc. and Perry Partners, L.P., and their respective successors, together with any Permitted Transferee to which Shares held by any of them shall have been transferred, directly or indirectly.
