Person

Person. Means, regardless of whether he, she or it has legal personality or not, an individual, any corporation, company, partnership, association or other legal entity established pursuant to the laws of any jurisdiction, or any governmental entity (or any department, agency, or political subdivision thereof) irrespective of the jurisdiction in or under the law of which it was incorporated or exists.

Person.
