Person. Any person or entity, whether an individual, whether in their capacity as a trustee, executor, administrator or other legal representative, sole proprietorship, corporation, limited liability company, general partnership, limited partnership, trust, unincorporated organization, syndicate, business association, firm, joint venture, governmental agency or authority or any similar entity.
