Personal Property

Personal Property. Seller's right, title and interest in and to any personal property used by Seller in conducting farming operations at the Property that will be conveyed to Purchaser as part of this transaction, if any, as more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein

Personal Property. All right, title and interest, if any, in and to the fixtures, equipment and other personal property owned by each Property Owner and attached or appurtenant to the applicable Property

Personal Property. All of Seller's right, title and interest, if any, in and to (i) all licenses, permits and other approvals issued by any governmental or quasi-governmental authority pertaining to the Property; (ii) all plans and specifications, engineering and other reports and surveys pertaining to the Property; and (iii) all other items of tangible and intangible personal property used in connection with the Property

Personal Property. For the purposes hereof, the portion of the Purchase Price allocated to the Personal Property shall be Eight Hundred Twenty Thousand and NO/100 dollars ($820,000.00)

Personal Property also shall include all appurtenances presently existing as a part of the Project and required for the operation and maintenance of the sanitary landfill and other operations conducted at the Project site, including, but not limited to, stationary equipment, computers, tools, fences and trailers, and shall also include all files and plans related to all Permits that have been issued in respect to the Project or the Property and to the operation, maintenance, design, monitoring, history, geotechnical and geological studies related to the Real Property.
