Person/Entity

Person/Entity. "Person" shall mean any Entity or individual, and the heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns of such "Person" where the context so permits. The term "Entity" shall mean any general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, corporation, joint venture, trust, business trust, cooperative or association or any foreign trust or foreign business organization.
