Pfizer Antibody. Means an Antibody derived from a Pfizer Program. Pfizer Antibody includes the antibody known as CP-675,206. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Pfizer Antibody shall not include any 2 Antibody being developed or commercialized by BMS or its Affiliates or by Medarex or its Affiliates pursuant to a BMS/Medarex Program, including the Antibody known as ipilimumab (also known as MDX-010).
