PG Agreement. Means the Exclusive License Agreement between Licensee and The Gillette Company, which is an Affiliate of Procter & Gamble, dated November 17, 2008. A publicly available redacted version of the P&G Agreement is attached hereto as Appendix F; all defined terms in, and sections of, such P&G Agreement which are expressly referenced in this Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference.
