PGIC NonCJS Systems

PGIC NonCJS Systems. Means any current or future Progressive Systems owned by PGIC for use within the Field of Use that are licensed and/or leased for use by End Users by PGIC (or SMI pursuant to this Agreement), which may also incorporate or make use of: (1) Only pursuant to the license grant to PGIC in Section 2.7 and 2.10, Game Manager, Table Hardware; and/or (2) The Cross Over Code, subject to the rights granted to PGIC in Section 2.6.
