PGIC Transferred Products. Means all assets acquired by and/or transferred to SMI pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and as further defined in the appropriate schedule to the 4 Purchase Agreement, and all PGIC assets licensed by SMI pursuant to the Progressive License and as further defined in the appropriate schedule to the Progressive License Patents.
