Phantom Investment Fund

Phantom Investment Fund. Shall mean any measurement fund, other than the Credited Interest Fund, selected by the Committee in its sole discretion. A Phantom Investment Fund may include mutual funds or any other investment or fund approved by the Committee. As necessary, the Committee may, in its sole discretion, discontinue, substitute or add a Phantom Investment Fund. Each such action will take effect as of the date specified by the Committee after giving Participants advance written notice of such change.
