Example Definitions of "Phantom Unit"
Phantom Unit. Phantom (notional) unit granted under the Plan which entitles the Participant to receive a Monarch Unit.
Phantom Unit. Means a notional Common Unit. A Participant shall not possess any rights of a common unitholder with respect to a Phantom Unit.
