Pharmaceutical Uses. Any therapeutic use of the Compound and/or Product in any formulation or dosage form for the management of a disease or condition of the human body, including, but not limited to, acute ischemic stroke, but excluding any non-therapeutic use or non-human use (which non-therapeutic or non-human use shall include, but not be limited to, imaging, diagnostics, veterinary medicine, etc.)
