Pharmacovigilance Agreement
Pharmacovigilance Agreement. Means the pharmacovigilance agreement between Pfizer and Auxilium or their respective designated Affiliates to be entered into promptly after the Effective Date relating to the exchange of adverse event and other safety information relating to the Product.
Pharmacovigilance Agreement. Means that certain pharmacovigilance agreement being entered into by the Parties within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date regarding the Compounds.
