Phase 1 Reports. Shall mean (i) that certain Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report for Lacombe Medical Office Building I, dated February 10, 2010, prepared by Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner Project No. 10-66003.1), and (ii) that certain Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report for Parkway Medical Center, dated February 18, 2010, prepared by Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner Project No. 10-65609.1).
