Phase 2 Expansion Effective Date

Phase 2 Expansion Effective Date. The earlier to occur of (i) 150 days following the delivery of the Phase 2 Expansion Space in the Base Building Condition and with the Landlord's Work for the Phase 2 Expansion Space substantially completed and (ii) the date on which the later of the following occurs (x) the Tenant Improvements in the Phase 2 Expansion Space are substantially completed and (y) a temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy is issued for the Phase 2 Expansion Space.
