Phase 2 Intellectual Property
Phase 2 Intellectual Property. Means the Intellectual Property (other than Phase 1 Intellectual Property and Intellon Intellectual Property) created by or for Intellon and/or Microsoft embodied in the Phase 2 Deliverables or necessary for the commercialization of the Phase 2 Deliverables.
