Phase IIA Clinical Trial

Phase IIA Clinical Trial. As to a specific Licensed Product, a study in humans of such product, designed to study the safety, dosage and initial efficacy in a limited patient population, and designed to support the continued testing of such product in one or more further Phase HA Clinical Trials or Phase IIB Clinical Trials. A Phase HA Clinical Trial shall be deemed initiated upon the first dosing of the first research subject.
