Picking Order

Picking Order. Pure's picking order issued to ICC for the shipment of Goods from Pure's on-site ICC warehouse inventory to Pure Parties, which may, among other things, specify items such as: (a) the Goods to be shipped, including item number; (b) the quantity of each of the Goods; (c) the Delivery Date; (d) the billing address; and (e) the Delivery Location; in each case, including all terms and conditions attached to, or incorporated into, such picking order issued by Pure to ICC under such picking order
