PICONYX'S right, title and interest in: (a) the patents and applications listed on Exhibit G; (b) all United States, international, and foreign patents and patent applications, which are based upon, issue from, or claim a right of priority to the patents and applications listed on Exhibit G; (c) all reissues, reexamination certifications, or renewals, of the patents and applications described in (a) or (b); and, (d) any rights to patents and application that PICONYX acquires from a Third Party
