PICONYX Property. The structure, as identified in Exhibit F, and all of its associated equipment, which CARBO transferred to PICONYX pursuant to the Subscription Agreement. PICONYX Property does not include, and specifically excludes the equipment listed in Exhibit H, which is located on or at the Manufacturing Facility and owned by CARBO
