Picture

Picture. Will mean a new and original feature length motion picture having an MPAA rating no more restrictive than an "R" rating, in 35 mm color or black and white, with a running time of not less than 80 or more than 140 minutes, in customary aspect ratio and produced with the intention that such Picture be released for exhibition in theaters in the United States.

Picture. As used herein, the term "Picture" shall mean the first Motion Picture based in whole or in part upon the Property.
