Pictures

Pictures. (individually "Picture") means all live-action and animated motion pictures (and combinations thereof) initially distributed by DW in commercial motion picture theaters before paying public audiences in the United States during the "Term", as and to the extent DW has or acquires "Theatrical Distribution Rights" in the "Territory". Universal acknowledges that third parties may distribute a Picture in such portion of the Territory (which may be the entire Territory) where and when DW does not... have Theatrical Distribution Rights in such portion.
