Piggyback Registrable Securities

Piggyback Registrable Securities. Means all Registrable Securities under this Agreement and all RRA Registrable Securities.

Piggyback Registrable Securities. Means, collectively, the Soros Registrable Securities, the Maverick Registrable Securities, the Prentice Registrable Securities and the Rho Registrable Securities.

Piggyback Registrable Securities. (i) any shares of Common Stock beneficially owned or issuable upon conversion or exercise of securities of the Company beneficially owned by the Bakers, whether acquired before or after the date of this Agreement, and, (ii) any shares of Common Stock issued in respect of such shares of Common Stock (because of stock splits, stock dividends, reclassifications, recapitalizations, or similar events); provided, however, that shares of Common Stock which are Piggyback Registrable Securities shall... cease to be Piggyback Registrable Securities (A) upon any sale thereof pursuant to a Registration Statement or Rule 144 under the Securities Act, (B) upon any sale thereof in any manner to a person or entity that is not entitled to the rights provided by this Agreement, (C) at such time such shares become and remain eligible for resale without any limitations pursuant to Rule 144 under the Securities Act, or (D) twelve (12) months after such time that neither Felix J. Piggyback Registrable Securities.
