Piggyback Shares. Collectively, the Warrant Shares of each Holder requesting piggyback registration rights hereunder and the Common Shares requesting piggyback registration pursuant to that certain Warrant Cancellation and Stock Issuance Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company and the Praesidian Funds thereunder
