PILOT Incentives

PILOT Incentives. Landlord agrees to cooperate with Tenant in seeking to add the Final Expansion Space to its existing PILOT with the EDGE Board, and the Parties agree that all terms and conditions set forth in Section 3.2(b)(iii) of the Lease shall be applicable in connection therewith, including without limitation Tenant's reimbursement and indemnity obligations contained therein.
