Pilot Project
Pilot Project. Shall be a group of up to eight (8) wells, but in no event less than four (4) Pilot Wells capable of producing in Paying Quantities and if necessary, injection well(s) drilled pursuant to this Agreement within their associated Spacing Unit in WEHLU as subsequently agreed to between the Parties.
