PIN Financial Matter. Means the matter pending in the US District Court, Southern District of New York (06 CV 2779) against the Company by PIN Financial LLC claiming a commission for introduction to Cornell Capital Partners, L.P., which has been aggressively denied and disputed by both Wentworth and Cornell Capital.
