Pinnacle Inc Securitization Agreement

Pinnacle Inc Securitization Agreement. Means the Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated as of February 5, 2004 by and among Pinnacle Towers, Inc., the other borrower parties and Towers Finco LLC, as lender, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
