Pinnacle Towers Securitization Agreement

Pinnacle Towers Securitization Agreement. Means the Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 7, 2004 by and among Pinnacle Towers, the other borrower parties and Towers Finco II LLC, as lender, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
