Pipeline Project. Any and all buildings, structures, fixtures and other improvements made on or for the benefit of the Project or the Real Property and part of the construction of a natural gas pipeline connecting Borrower's ethanol production facility to the natural gas pipeline facilities of Northern Border Pipeline Company in Cottonwood County, Minnesota.
