PIPEs Agreement
PIPEs Agreement. Means the Purchase Agreement, dated as of November 28, 2006, among the Company and the investors party thereto relating to the issuance and sale by the Company of shares of its Common Stock, its 12% Convertible Notes and certain warrants relating thereto.
