Plan Committee

Plan Committee. Shall mean the Compensation and Stock Option Committee of the Company.

Plan Committee. Shall mean a committee consisting of the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President--Human Resources.

Plan Committee. Means the individuals appointed by the Board from time to time to administer the Plan as provided herein.

Plan Committee. Means the body of individuals appointed by the Board to handle the day-to-day responsibilities of administering the Plan. Plan Committee. Shall mean a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.
