Plan Cycle. A period on or after the Effective Date beginning on the first day of the Company's first fiscal quarter and ending on the last day of the Company's second fiscal quarter, or the period beginning on the first day of the Company's third fiscal quarter and ending on the last day of the Company's fourth fiscal quarter.
