Plan of Arrangement. The Plan of Arrangement of GenSci Regeneration Sciences, Inc. ("Regeneration") under the British Columbia Company Act implementing the terms of the Arrangement Agreement between Regeneration and IsoTis S.A. ("IsoTis")(the "Plan of Arrangement")

Plan of Arrangement. Means the plan of arrangement set forth in Schedule "B" to the Arrangement Agreement, as such plan of arrangement may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
