Plan Year

Plan Year. Shall mean January 1 to December 31 to coincide with the Corporation's fiscal year.

Plan Year. Means the period from September 1 of any year through the following August 31. Effective Septmber 1, 2007 the Plan Year shall be a short year ending on April 25, 2008 and thereafter the Plan Year shall correspond to the Company's fiscal year.

Plan Year. The 2002 calendar year and each calendar year thereafter.

Plan Year. (i) the period beginning May 1, 2007, and ending December 31, 2007; and (ii) on and after January 1, 2008, the 12-month period beginning each January 1 and ending each December 31.

Plan Year. A calendar year or years commencing on or after January 1, 2003.

Plan Year. Means (i) the period beginning on the date of the 2005 Annual Meeting and ending on the date immediately preceding the date of the 2006 Annual Meeting and (ii) for each year beginning on and after the date of the 2006 Annual Meeting, the period beginning on the date of the Annual Meeting and ending on the date immediately preceding the date of the next Annual Meeting, for so long as this Plan shall remain in effect.

Plan Year. The twelve month period beginning on the Effective Date, and each twelve month period thereafter beginning on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

Plan Year. Means the twelve (12) consecutive month period beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31.

Plan Year. Means a calendar year, provided that the first Plan Year shall be from the Effective Date until December 31, 2005.

Plan Year. The calendar year, provided that the initial Plan Year shall be the partial year from the Effective Date until December 31, 2006.
